James was our real estate agent. Getting up before 5am during the week, he was always game to show us around (in our case Ramona and Escondido) and put a ton of work into lining up visits and making everything as seamless as possible. Having the seller's and buyer's broker get along also helps with a smooth transaction, and James seemed to manage that with every counterparty. He's easy to talk to during rides in his car from house to house, and he had a good eye when it came to checking out a property. Cara handled the financing side of our home purchase. We really appreciated the document management and instructions HomePERQs provided during our search and financing -- every time something needed signing they were in touch beforehand with an explanation of what was happening and why, and they record great video walk-throughs of the more involved parts.
